Terms and Conditions for Ratha’s Bridal Makeup

1-Booking and Payments

1.1 All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable before the service begins.
1.2 Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the deposit.
1.3 Payments can be made via accepted methods outlined on the website.

Cancellation and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 48 hours, 50% of the total fee will be charged.
Refunds for prepayments, excluding deposits, may be issued at the discretion of Ratha’s Bridal Makeup.

3. Service Policies

Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without a refund.
We use premium products; however, clients must notify us of any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment.
Our services are tailored to individual preferences; however, final results may vary.
